Denise Kahoun, Founding Director
With over 20 years as a Technical Analyst / EDI Coordinator, and a Bachelors in Telecommunications Management, Denise brings an organizational perspective to the Image 101 team. With extensive skills in business networking, building relationships with vendors, attendees, and shop owners, she makes a personal connection with everyone she meets. As an Illinois licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Primus Realty in Crystal Lake, IL, she finds daily value in being at home in her own skin and teaching others to do the same. Certified as a Skincare and Color Technician by Crowning Touch Institute, what Denise loves most about Image 101 is watching women transform during classes to become women who are comfortable in their own skin. “It’s as if it’s a “sisters’ weekend – where everyone finds a way to connect. Bringing it all together is something to behold.”
Wendy Hall, Founding Director
Certified as a Skincare and Color Technician by world renown Crowning Touch Institute out of California, Wendy (better known as “Tink”) has developed a focus in cosmetics that brings the woman in you, front and center stage! Having spent ten years in Chicago as a freelance actress, designer, and stylist for stage, film, and print mediums, she is also a painter, and a lover of color! Since moving to Wisconsin to raise her family, Wendy has earned her undergraduate degree in Art Therapy and has spent 17 years in social services encouraging young people to develop their full potential - leading art expression groups. Throughout the design of Image 101's personal growth seminars, Wendy and the team have created a vehicle to ignite the individual's spirit, give it definition, and launch them on life's journey of discovery.
Teresa McCoy, Founding Director
With a personal mission to help every woman find ‘balance of heart’ – Teresa brings an incredible blend of passion and professionalism to the Image 101 team. With over 20 years of human resource management/training and 7 years practical experience in business development with an emphasis on teambuilding/mentorship, her repertoire spans seminar, curriculum development and product training. Connecting tangible business concepts to the individual or team she’s working with, Teresa is sensitive to the fact that true potential is hidden within every individual; their ability to discover themselves, and tap into their potential lies in their willingness to acknowledge their personal journey and the lessons learned. “Our outer self is a direct reflection of the inner picture we have of ourselves.
